Magdalena Stroba

Magdalena is an attorney at law with over 5 years of experience in IP litigation.
Magdalena specializes in issues concerning the protection of intellectual property rights, especially related to patents and supplementary protection certificates.She represents clients in civil cases and proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and administrative courts.
She has an extensive experience in preparing legal opinions on IP-related matters, pleadings and pre-litigation correspondence.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, defending a thesis “Linking in the context of the right of communication to the public”.
While studying, she worked for two years at the Jagiellonian University Legal Clinic in the Civil Law Section.
She completed internships at a number of governmental and non-governmental institutions, including:
- Allerhand’s Institute (as part of the Allerhand Advocacy project);
- European Parliament;
- the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland (Litigation Department).
Before joining ROA team she gained professional experience in a leading Polish law firm specializing in intellectual property.
