Senior Associate / Patent Attorney

Monika is a Polish patent attorney with over 25 years of academic experience in the fields of chemistry and physics and with experience in patent proceedings before the Polish and European Patent Offices.

Monika handles inventions at the intersection of chemistry, physics, including optoelectronics, mechanics, and materials science in general. She also has experience in prior art research and freedom-to-operate analyses, as well as in advising on intellectual property protection strategies for large entities.

Previous experience as a researcher (chemistry) at several scientific institutions, including foreign ones, is useful in successfully translating invention concepts into patent language.

Currently, she is preparing for European Qualifying Examination (EQE) before European Patent Office.
