Małgorzata is an advocate and patent attorney with over 10 years of experience in conducting litigation, primarily in disputes concerning intellectual property rights. She represents clients before courts of general jurisdiction, the Supreme Court, administrative courts, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. In the field of intellectual property protection, she also conducts criminal and customs proceedings, representing clients before law enforcement authorities and customs authorities.
She specializes in the protection of rights to trademarks, industrial designs, utility models, and patents. She has also conducted numerous court proceedings concerning combating unfair competition, the protection of copyrights, and the protection of personal rights. She has extensive experience in handling other commercial disputes between entrepreneurs, involving construction investments, claims for damages, and disputes arising from the implementation of IT contracts. She has represented leading companies from the food, chemical, construction, and pharmaceutical sectors.
