Dominika Rutkowska

Junior Associate / Attorney at law trainee

Dominika graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. During her studies, she served as a board member of the Administrative Thought Scientific Society at the University.

She gained her first professional experience in the field of intellectual property law at the legal department of a publishing house in Kraków, which provided legal support for the company, with a focus on copyright law. She later worked in the IP department of an international law firm in Warsaw, where she handled matters concerning the prevention of the illegal distribution of counterfeit goods on the market.

Dominika is interested in copyright, trademark protection and unfair competition law.
