Aleksandra Domagalska

Junior Associate

Aleksandra is a fifth-year law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She is currently preparing her master’s thesis on the exhaustion of trademark rights in the context of sustainable development.

She graduated with distinction from the School of Law and Economy of China, organized by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with international academic institutions, focusing on the legal and economic systems of the People’s Republic of China.

As a member of the University of Warsaw team, she achieved first place in the 15th edition of the national “IP Challenge” competition.

Aleksandra works on cases related to trademark protection and unfair competition.
